Return & Refund Policy – Fiber Art

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving a ready-stock item. The item must be unused, undamaged, unmodified and in its original packaging, and you must provide your invoice or proof of purchase.

To request a return, email fiberartglobal@gmail.com or call +91 72209 19370 with your order number and clear photos of the item. If we approve your request, we will tell you how and where to send the item. Items returned without our prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping charges are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered.

Damaged or wrong items
Fiberglass products can be damaged in transit, so please inspect your order on delivery and record an unboxing video. If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video and your order number. After review, we will repair, replace or refund the item.

Non-returnable items

• Custom, made-to-order or personalized products, including special sizes, colours and designs
• Items that have been installed, painted, cut or modified after delivery
• Items returned without prior approval

Because our products are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, finish and size from the photos are normal and are not treated as defects.

Cancellations
You may cancel an order before production or dispatch begins. Once production of a custom order has started, the advance payment is non-refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have, once the return is approved, and place a new order.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few more days to show the amount. If you haven't received your refund after that, contact us at fiberartglobal@gmail.com.
