Terms of Service – Fiber Art

Overview
"We", "us" and "our" refer to Fiber Art, which operates this website and store (the "Services"). Fiber Art is powered by Shopify. By visiting or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Access and account
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you give us (name, phone, email, billing and delivery address) is correct and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.

2. Our products
Our products are handcrafted from fiberglass (FRP/fiber), GRC and similar materials. We try to show them accurately, but colours, finish and size may differ slightly from photos because of screen settings and the handmade process. Such variations are normal and are not defects. We may change product descriptions, discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.

3. Orders, custom work and cancellations
Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm it and receive your payment or agreed advance.

  • Custom and made-to-order items are produced after we confirm the design, size, colour and price with you. Production and delivery timelines are shared when you order and are estimates.
  • Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled and the advance payment is non-refundable.
  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
  • We buy and sell for both retail and trade customers. Wholesale and bulk pricing, where offered, is confirmed by us in writing.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees (INR). Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping, packing, installation and applicable taxes such as GST, which are shown at checkout or in your quotation. Prices and offers may change without notice, but the price in your order confirmation is the price you pay. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.

5. Shipping and delivery
We deliver across India. Delivery times are estimates and depend on production time, the courier or transporter and factors outside our control. Please inspect the goods on delivery and report any damage as set out in our Refund Policy. Risk of loss passes to you once we hand the goods to the carrier, except where the goods arrive damaged as covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property
All designs, sculptures, photographs, videos, text and logos on this website and our social media are owned by Fiber Art and protected by Indian copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use our designs, images or content, or make replicas of our designs, without our written permission. Custom designs created for you remain our property unless we agree otherwise in writing.

7. Third-party tools and links
The Services may include third-party tools and links (payment gateways, couriers, social media). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Use them at your own risk.

8. Relationship with Shopify

9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, your information is also processed by Shopify and by service providers such as payment gateways and couriers.

10. Feedback and reviews
If you send us feedback or reviews, you allow us to use them to run and promote our business. You confirm they are your own, truthful, and not unlawful or offensive. We may remove any feedback at our discretion.

11. Errors and inaccuracies
If we find a mistake in a price, description or availability, we may correct it or cancel the order, even after it was placed. If we cancel, we will refund any amount you paid for that order.

12. Prohibited uses
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, send spam or malicious code, impersonate others, infringe our intellectual property, or use bots or scrapers to extract content or bypass our security measures. We may suspend or block access if you break these Terms.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Services and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fiber Art's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.

14. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

15. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains valid. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, with our Privacy, Shipping and Refund Policies, are the entire agreement between you and us. We may update these Terms by posting changes on this page; continued use means you accept them.

16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
