Shipping Policy – Fiber Art

Where we deliver
We deliver across India. We do not currently ship internationally. If you are outside India, contact us and we will let you know whether we can arrange it.

Processing and production time

• Ready-stock items: dispatched within 3–7 business days of order confirmation and payment.
• Custom and made-to-order items: production usually takes 15–30 days after we confirm the design, size, colour and advance payment. Large items such as gates, facades and stage backdrops can take longer. We will give you an estimated completion date when you order.

Timelines are estimates and may change with the size of the piece, the design, drying and finishing time, and weather.

Shipping charges
Fiberglass pieces are large and fragile, so charges depend on size, weight, packing and destination. We share the shipping or freight cost in your quotation or order confirmation before you pay. Any charges shown at checkout are for standard delivery, and we will contact you if your order needs a different arrangement.

Packing
We pack each piece with protective material and, for larger items, wooden or crate packing where needed. Packing charges, if any, are included in your quotation.

Delivery time
Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–10 business days depending on your location and the courier or transport service. Remote areas and very large items may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking
We will send you the tracking or transporter details (such as an LR/consignment number) by phone, WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery address and receiving your order
Please give us a complete and correct address and a working phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details. If the transporter cannot reach you, re-delivery charges may apply. Please make sure someone is available to receive and inspect the goods. Large items may need unloading assistance at your location.

Inspecting your delivery
Please check the packaging and the item as soon as it arrives. If anything looks damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy. If the package is visibly damaged when it arrives, you can note this on the delivery receipt.

Installation
Unless we confirm it in writing in your quotation, shipping does not include installation, assembly or site work. If you want installation, ask us for a quote.

Delays
Delays can happen because of courier or transport problems, weather, festivals and wedding-season demand, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control. We will let you know if we expect a significant delay. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

Risk of loss
Once we hand your order to the courier or transporter, responsibility for the goods passes to you, except for damage covered by our Refund Policy.
